What does Q-Care Provide?
Help desk and solution support, ongoing project core team meetings, training (as needed) for end users, as needed advisory for future-state of a program, identify necessary platform changes and enhancements (i.e. reports, connections, fields, and views), work with end users and technology providers to resolve technical issues.
Do I need a system administrator on top of Q-Care?
Q-Care offers both Admin Support and Admin Replace options, but with Q-Care Replace, we take on all the responsibilities of your normal administrator. We understand that people move on and up within organizations, and it takes a lot to hire on and train a new system administrator. With Q-Care Admin Replace you will always have a reliable admin. I don’t know what tier or price is right for my organization?
Our tiered approach is primarily based on how many marketers you need supported. For Q-Care Admin Replace, our prices are higher for larger organizations based on the added complexity of fully supporting more marketers.
